    Our biltong is cut and manufactured to order, it will offer your outlet the perfect consistency and quality that all of our current wholesale customers receive. The biltong is cut from grass fed British and Irish beef responsibly sourced from sustainable farms.  

    Our dried sausage range


    Our air dried and cured sausage range offers a high quality beef and pork sausage that is the perfect accompaniment to your healthy snacking aisle.

    If you are looking for a fresh offering, we can give you the most authentic Boerewors (farmhouse sausage), BBQ spare ribs, Spatch-cock chickens in a wide range of flavours, Texan rump steaks, Mint glazed lamb chops or lamb rump steak and much much more.
