Orders are delivered via couriers to the specified address given upon ordering. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. However, due to the nature of our natural products we can sometimes experience small delays. Delivery time for fresh meat deliveries to the UK is 1 working day from dispatch so that we can ensure that your products reach you in the best condition possible. Non-UK deliveries may expect further delays. To ensure your product is at it's very freshest, we ship fresh meat orders once a week - order cut off is on Wednesdays at 1pm to be sent out next day delivery on Thursday. Fresh meat orders are £11.50 per delivery - this covers the cost of courier fees, vacuum sealed products and insulated ice boxes to ensure that your order reaches you in the freshest condition possible.
Delivery time for meat snack deliveries to the UK are 3-5 working days from dispatch. Non-UK deliveries may expect further delays. Meat snack deliveries are at the cost of £6 per delivery. Simply African Food Ltd cannot accept responsibility for delays or missed deliveries (to specified address given) due to circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. If you are not sure you will be at home you can get your order delivered to your work address. Customers of Simply African Food Ltd will be liable for all redelivery charges. Any special requests for delivery service should be noted with your order.
