100g of beef and 100g of pork to produce 100g of Droewors, acetic acid (colour E150a, malt flavouring, salt), seasoning mix (spices, salt, gluten free oats, dextrose, preservative, E221, (SULPHITES), flavour enhancers E621, E635, antioxidant E300, citric acid, thyme), Relish (water, spirit vinegar, sugar, colour – E150c, sugar syrup, salt, acetic acid, cayenne pepper, cloves, garlic oil), tamarind extract, onions, garlic, spices, flavouring).
